I’m a values-driven community advocate, small business champion, and seasoned leader with more than 15 years of experience building high-performing teams, empowering future leaders, and giving back through service. I’m proud to call Novi home, where I live with my wife, Kajal, and our son, a student at Novi High School.
Community involvement is at the heart of who I am. I currently serve as Chair of the Business Builders group with the Novi Chamber of Commerce, where I help local entrepreneurs grow, connect, and succeed. I’m a passionate supporter of small business initiatives and believe that local businesses are the backbone of a thriving, resilient community.
Professionally, I bring extensive experience as a dynamic sales leader at Farmers Insurance, a motivational speaker, and the author of The Empowerment Chords—a guide to unlocking motivation, leadership, and self-discipline. Throughout my career, I’ve recruited, mentored, and supported more than 300 agency owners and led over 100 business growth trainings. I also founded the Black District Manager Caucus and the Michigan Agent Conference, initiatives focused on elevating diverse leadership in the business world. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology from The Ohio State University.
I’m running for City Council because I believe Novi deserves proactive, transparent leadership that prioritizes community engagement, equity, and long-term growth. I envision a city where families, small businesses, and future generations can thrive—and I’m committed to ensuring every resident has a voice in shaping that future.
